The Agency’s booking confirmation, containing the specific terms of the booking, must be signed and returned by the client.
The failure to sign and/or return the booking confirmation whilst proceeding with the booking will be deemed to be an acceptance
by the client of these terms and conditions and they shall apply to and govern the booking between the Agency and the client.
Any amendment and/or variations made to the booking confirmation by the client shall not be valid and binding unless the Agency has agreed to such amendment and/or variation in advance and confirmed such agreement by signing the booking confirmation.
In the event of any inconsistency or contradiction between these terms and conditions and the booking confirmation, these terms and conditions shall prevail
FEES:
Talents are applicable to shoot time only. All usage must be negotiated through Anthm only.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS:
If the Customer does not excersise his option to release or confirm tentative booking, Anthm reserves the right to cancel the booking, allowing other secondary booking to take precedence.
DEFINITE BOOKINGS:
Day rate bookings are 8 consecutive hours.
TRAVEL TIME:br/>
Half fee will be charged.
OVERTIME:
Time and 1/2 will be charged unless specific arrangements have been negotiated with Anthm.
FITTING:
Full rate applies per 1/2 hour increments.
WEATHER:
Type of weather permit must be specified.
CANCELLATIONS:
1/2 fee – 3 working days prior to booking. Full fee – 1 working days prior to booking. Cancellations of trips, or full week confirmed bookings must be made seven working days prior to booking, otherwise 1/2 fee will be charged up to maximum of three working days.
DOUBLES AND TRIPLES:
Customer must inform Anthm when booking involves more than one talent.
EDITORIAL:
Photographs taken during editorial booking can only be used in the magazine for the specific shoot the talent was booked for. Any other photographs may not be sold without prior consent of the talent and Anthm.
ADVERTORIAL:
To be negotiated prior to booking on an individual talent basis.
PRODUCT BOOKING:
All products subject to negotiation. Check with Anthm for conflicts. No ad, package, hangtag, poster, billboard, pointofpurchase display or use of talents’ name to be used without specific clearance.
LINGERIE AND UNDERWEAR:
i.e. bras, panties, slips, pantyhose, and all transparent loungewear and sleepwear. One hour minimum on set double fee. Client must specify type of lingerie and underwear in advance in writing only. Must be done on closed set.
CHANGING FACILITIES:
Talents require private changing facilities on all bookings, including location.
ELECTRONIC MEDIA:
No electric media, World Wide Web or Internet usages will be permitted unless negotiated specifically and seperately with Anthm.
FILM AND VIDEO:
Must be negotiated prior to bookings.
SPEC SHOOT:
Talent may not sign a photographic release and photographers may not use pictures unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the shooting and approved by Anthm and Talent.
A 20% Agency Service Fee will be added to all talent and usage fees. A finance charge of 5% per month is payable on all invoices that are in excess of thirty (30) days old. The talent appoints Anthm and its employees to enforce the above regulations and negotiate bookings and usages on behalf of the talent.
